General & Pricing

How Marketivv works, what things cost, and how billing and reporting run.

While every site is different, most clients start seeing meaningful movement in rankings and traffic within 3 to 6 months. SEO is a long-term investment, but we prioritize quick technical wins in month one.

No. We believe in earning your business every month. We offer flexible weekly and monthly flat-rate plans.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) focus on ranking your brand within AI responses like Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, not just traditional search results.

An always-on Looker Studio dashboard tied to pipeline, not vanity keyword counts: rankings, traffic, and conversion data connected to the leads and revenue they actually produced, plus the specific work completed each cycle. No black-box summaries: just the results.

Over half of Google searches now end without a click, so we track more than rankings: AI-referred sessions, assisted conversions, and how often you're cited compared to competitors across the questions your buyers actually ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. No platform offers perfect attribution here yet, and we won't pretend otherwise, but 'no click' does not mean 'no signal.'

Yes. We build and migrate WordPress sites with the same SEO discipline as everything else we ship, so the build does not undo the optimization work.

No. Our flat rate covers everything from the initial audit to execution and reporting.

We bill automatically via credit card at the start of your chosen cycle (weekly or monthly).

Yes. We don't believe in locking you into 12-month contracts. You can cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' notice.

It's a custom-built, real-time reporting dashboard connecting your Google Analytics, Search Console, and rank tracking data in one transparent view.

Most sites need two or three working together. If you are invisible locally, start with Local SEO. If traffic is flat despite good content, it is usually Technical SEO. If you rank but do not convert, it is On-Page and Content. Send us your domain and we will tell you which one moves the needle first.

Most clients see meaningful ranking movement within 3 to 6 months, with technical wins landing in month one. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling something else. We will not guarantee a #1 ranking either; no honest agency can, since search results depend on competitors and algorithm changes neither of us controls.

Generative and Answer Engine Optimization is about being cited inside AI answers (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) rather than only in the ten blue links. If your buyers research before they buy, yes, it matters now.

We report against pipeline and revenue, not keyword counts. That means connecting the pages and campaigns doing the work to the leads and deals that came from them, plus tracking AI-referred sessions and assisted conversions from GEO/AEO, since a meaningful share of buyer research now happens inside AI answers before a click ever occurs.

Yes. We build and migrate WordPress sites with the same SEO discipline, so the build does not quietly undo the optimization work.

Yes, and for most mid-size and enterprise clients that is the better setup. Your team keeps ownership of strategy, priorities, and brand voice; we handle execution: technical fixes, content production, link building, and GEO/AEO work. You get agency speed without losing control.

Local SEO

Dominate the Google Map Pack and local search results with our intent-focused Local SEO services. Drive foot traffic and local leads.

Full details on Local SEO →

Getting into the local 3-pack depends on your market's competitiveness. Typically, clients see noticeable movement within 60 to 90 days as we optimize their Google Business Profile and build local citations.

Yes, to be eligible for a Google Business Profile you must either have a physical storefront or be a Service Area Business (SAB) that visits customers directly.

Yes, but quality matters over quantity. We focus on high-authority, hyper-relevant directories and data aggregators that Google trusts.

We integrate local search with your broader content strategy. Plus, with our flat pricing ($49/wk or $179/mo) and transparent dashboard, you always know exactly what you're paying for.

On-Page SEO

Optimize the foundation of your website. We map user intent to content, fix metadata, and engineer your internal architecture to dominate search.

Full details on On-Page SEO →

On-Page SEO deals with the content, keywords, and HTML tags that users and bots read (like H1s and copy). Technical SEO deals with the server, site speed, indexing, and code infrastructure.

Search intent shifts over time. We recommend reviewing the on-page optimization of your core money pages at least once a quarter to ensure you maintain your competitive edge.

No reputable agency guarantees #1 rankings. On-Page optimization is a prerequisite to ranking, but highly competitive terms will also require Off-Page SEO (link building) to reach the top.

It occurs when multiple pages on your site compete for the same search term, confusing Google and diluting your ranking power. We fix this during our intent mapping phase.

Technical SEO

Fix the code holding you back. We optimize site speed, fix indexing errors, and structure your data so search engines can crawl your site effortlessly.

Full details on Technical SEO →

Google uses Core Web Vitals (speed and usability metrics) as a direct ranking factor. Furthermore, a slow site destroys your conversion rate. Users bounce if a page takes more than 3 seconds to load.

Absolutely. While CMS platforms have improved, they often suffer from plugin bloat, messy taxonomy architecture, and pagination issues that require technical intervention.

A 301 redirect tells Google that a page has permanently moved to a new URL. It passes the SEO authority from the old page to the new one. Failing to use them during a redesign will destroy your traffic.

We fix the issues. Unlike consulting agencies that hand you a 100-page PDF and walk away, our team includes developers who actually execute the technical changes.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Get cited as the source AI trusts. We optimize your brand's authority and data so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Perplexity cite you by name.

Full details on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) →

GEO is the practice of optimizing your brand's content, data, and authority signals so generative AI models like ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Claude, and Perplexity cite you as a source when they synthesize an answer, rather than a competitor.

No. AI models still rely on traditional ranking signals, like authority and structured data, to decide which sources are trustworthy enough to cite. Traditional SEO is the foundation GEO builds on.

ChatGPT's browsing feature relies heavily on Bing's index and web-scraped training data. We make sure your site is technically sound, highly authoritative, and written in a declarative, factual tone that's easy for language models to extract and cite.

Information Gain is content that adds genuinely new facts, data, or perspective beyond what's already published elsewhere. AI models are built to avoid citing redundant sources, so content with high Information Gain gets cited far more often than content that just repeats the consensus.

GEO is about earning citations inside AI-generated answers and influencing what models learn about your brand. AEO is about structuring specific pieces of content to be lifted directly as the answer in snippet-style results, voice search, and Q&A features. Most businesses need both; we offer them as separate engagements so you can start with whichever matters most.

No platform currently offers perfect attribution for AI-generated answers, and we won't claim otherwise. What we do track: AI-referred sessions in your analytics, assisted conversions from those sessions, and how often your brand is cited compared to named competitors across the commercial questions your buyers actually ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Early data across the industry shows visitors arriving from AI answers convert at a noticeably higher rate than traditional channels in a meaningful share of sessions, since they arrive already pre-sold. We report that alongside your standard SEO metrics, not as a replacement for them.

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Win the answer box. We structure your content to be lifted directly into Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search results.

Full details on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) →

AEO is the practice of structuring specific pieces of content so they can be extracted directly as the answer by search features like Google's featured snippets and AI Overviews, People Also Ask, and voice assistants such as Siri and Alexa.

Traditional SEO optimizes a page to rank and earn a click. AEO optimizes a specific block of content, often just one or two sentences, so an engine can lift it out and present it as the answer, sometimes without the user ever visiting your site. Both matter, but they require different formatting decisions.

Yes. Voice assistants read aloud the same kind of short, direct answer that wins a featured snippet. Content structured for AEO, clear questions paired with concise, natural-language answers, is what these assistants pull from.

It depends on the content, but FAQPage, HowTo, and QAPage schema are the most common. We only deploy schema on content that genuinely matches that format; misusing structured data on content that doesn't fit can get a page penalized rather than featured.

AEO structures individual pieces of content to be extracted as the direct answer in snippet-style results and voice search. GEO is broader: it's about earning citations inside AI-generated answers and shaping what models learn about your brand over time. Most businesses benefit from both; we run them as separate engagements so you can start with whichever matters most to you.

We track it as a distinct line in reporting rather than folding it into generic traffic numbers: which snippet, AI Overview, and voice placements you hold week over week, plus AI-referred sessions and assisted conversions where a platform's analytics expose them. It's an honest answer, not a perfect one; no vendor can currently give you complete visibility into what happens inside a private AI conversation. What we won't do is call that a reason to ignore the channel, since a growing share of buyer research is happening exactly there.

SEO Content Creation

Content that ranks, reads beautifully, and converts. We produce data-backed, editorially rigorous content designed to dominate the SERPs and build trust.

Full details on SEO Content Creation →

Absolutely not. While we use AI tools for research and data structuring, generating raw AI content is a massive risk. Google's Helpful Content Update penalizes unoriginal, AI-generated spam. Our content is heavily human-edited and SME-driven.

It depends on the intent, but generally, long-form content (1,500 to 3,000 words) performs best. However, we never add 'fluff' just to hit a word count. The length is dictated by how long it takes to comprehensively answer the user's query.

Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness. It is the framework Google uses to evaluate content quality. We satisfy E-E-A-T by citing credible sources, utilizing author bios, and injecting first-hand experience into the copy.

Yes. Our onboarding process includes deep-dive interviews with your internal experts so we can accurately translate highly technical concepts into engaging, SEO-optimized copy.

Website Design

Custom, conversion-focused website design for any platform.

Full details on Website Design →

It depends on scope: a single landing page is a very different project from a full multi-page site or an eCommerce store. Tell us what you need at /contact/ and we will give you a straightforward quote, typically in the $1,500–$10,000+ range depending on complexity.

We design custom layouts built around your brand and content by default. If speed to launch matters more than a fully original design, we'll tell you honestly when heavily customizing a proven template is the smarter call, and scope it that way upfront.

Yes. Because Marketivv is an SEO agency first, every design we ship comes with clean heading structure, fast-loading images, and crawlable markup already in place, not bolted on after launch.

Yes. We audit your current analytics and rankings first, then migrate with a full redirect map so your existing SEO equity carries over instead of resetting to zero.

WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, and fully custom-coded sites. We'll design for whatever you're already running, or recommend a platform if you're starting from scratch.

Yes. Figma files and finished assets are yours to keep, whether or not you continue working with us afterward.

Enough to get it right. We build structured feedback rounds into the wireframe and visual design stages, so changes happen before development, not after.

A single landing page usually takes about a week. A full multi-page site or redesign typically takes several weeks, depending on how much content and how many integrations are involved. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we understand your scope.

WordPress Development

Custom builds, migrations, headless setups, and performance work.

Full details on WordPress Development →

It depends on scope, from a focused brochure site to a full WooCommerce build with custom integrations. Tell us what you need at /contact/ and we will give you a straightforward quote, no generic price list that does not match your actual project.

Both, depending on your budget and timeline. We custom-build when your brand needs something specific, or heavily customize a solid existing theme when speed to launch matters more. We will tell you honestly which fits your project.

Yes. We build decoupled frontends in Next.js, Astro, and Nuxt with WordPress retained as the editorial backend, exposed over WPGraphQL or the REST API. Headless is the right call when you need app-grade performance or a shared content layer across several properties, and we will tell you when a well-built traditional theme would serve you better for less money.

Yes. We handle migrations from Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and legacy CMS platforms, moving your content, SEO equity, and redirects over carefully so you do not lose rankings or traffic in the process.

We profile before we optimize. That means measuring real field data in Search Console, identifying whether the bottleneck is server response, render-blocking assets, or unoptimized queries, and then fixing that specific cause. Typical work includes database index tuning, object and edge caching, critical CSS, deferred JavaScript, modern image formats, and removing plugins that cost more than they contribute.

Yes, when it is built correctly. WordPress itself is SEO-friendly, but a poorly coded theme or bloated plugin stack can undo that. Because Marketivv is an SEO agency first, every WordPress site we build ships with clean markup, fast load times, and proper technical SEO foundations already in place.

Yes. Core, theme, and plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, and uptime checks are available as an ongoing service after launch, so your site stays secure and current without you having to think about it.

A focused brochure or service-business site typically takes a few weeks. A custom build with WooCommerce, integrations, or a large content migration takes longer. We will give you a realistic timeline once we understand your scope.

Booking Integration

Calendars, appointments, and reservations, installed on your site from $49.

Full details on Booking Integration →

A single booking widget, your choice of Calendly, Cal.com, or Acuity, embedded on up to two pages of your site, styled to match your brand, with one-way calendar sync and automatic confirmation emails. It is a flat, one-time installation fee, not a subscription for the install itself; the booking platform you choose may have its own free or paid tier, which we will help you pick.

Starter ($49) is a single embedded calendar for straightforward appointment booking. Business ($79) adds two-way calendar sync, staff and resource scheduling, automated SMS reminders, and unlimited pages, the right fit for most service businesses. Pro ($119) adds deposit and prepayment collection, multi-location and multi-staff management, group bookings, and waitlist automation, built for businesses juggling more moving parts.

The Starter plan syncs one-way (a booking blocks your calendar). Business and Pro sync two-way with Google Calendar and Outlook, so an event you add manually also blocks that slot on your site, and a site booking shows up on your calendar instantly. This is the detail that actually prevents double-booking.

Yes, on the Pro plan. We connect Stripe or PayPal so a deposit or full payment is collected at the moment of booking, which cuts no-shows dramatically for appointment- and reservation-based businesses. Starter and Business do not include payment collection.

Yes. We install booking systems on WordPress (using Amelia or Bookly for the deepest integration), Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and fully custom-coded sites built in React, Next.js, or plain HTML.

Yes, either way. If you already use Calendly, Acuity, or a similar tool, we can embed and style what you have. If you use nothing yet, we will recommend the platform that fits your plan and business type and set the account up with you.

No. We load booking widgets lazily and match them to your site's existing performance budget, the same Core Web Vitals discipline we apply to every install, so adding a calendar does not cost you page speed or rankings.

Starter plans are typically live in 2 to 3 business days. Business and Pro plans, which involve more configuration (staff rules, deposits, multi-location setup), usually take 3 to 5 business days from when we get access.

Yes, and many sites do. A chatbot or lead funnel captures a visitor who is not ready to book yet; the booking system converts the ones who are. See /hire-chatbot-installation-service/ and /hire-lead-funnel-installation-service/.

Lead Funnel Installation

Pop-up lead capture forms, installed for a flat $29 one-time fee.

Full details on Lead Funnel Installation →

A fully installed lead capture funnel on your website: pop-up forms with exit-intent and scroll/time triggers, designed to match your site and connected to the email list, CRM, or spreadsheet you want leads sent to. It is a flat, one-time installation fee, not a subscription.

Yes. The $29 covers design, installation, and integration. There is no recurring fee for the funnel itself. If the email or CRM tool you connect it to has its own subscription cost, that is billed by that provider directly, separate from us.

Yes. We install lead funnels on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and fully custom-coded sites built in React, Next.js, or plain HTML. If your site can run a small script or plugin, we can install this.

Access to your website (a login, an FTP/host account, or a staging environment) and the email address or account where you want leads delivered. Everything else, the design and copy, we handle.

The $29 installation covers one funnel setup (typically one primary offer with exit-intent and multi-step variants of it). Additional, separate offers or forms can be added for a small add-on fee; tell us what you need at /contact/ and we will quote it.

Most sites are live within 2 to 3 business days of us getting access and your target offer, faster if your CMS supports a plugin-based install.

Yes, and most sites do. A pop-up funnel captures visitors who are ready to hand over their email, while a chatbot captures visitors who have a question first. Together they cover both types of buyer. See /hire-chatbot-installation-service/.

Chatbot Installation

An AI chatbot on your site: a RAG system or a live API integration.

Full details on Chatbot Installation →

The RAG ($29) system is self-contained: it answers strictly from content we load into it (your pages, docs, FAQs), with no ongoing API costs. The API integration ($39) connects live to an AI provider like OpenAI or Anthropic for more natural, open-ended conversation, but you need your own account with that provider and pay them directly for usage.

You do, directly to the AI provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), using an account and API key you create and control. Our $39 fee is a one-time installation charge; it does not include or mark up your ongoing usage costs, which depend entirely on how much traffic your chatbot gets.

We can walk you through creating one, it typically takes a few minutes, or you can start with the RAG system instead, which needs no third-party AI account at all. You can always upgrade to the API integration later.

On the RAG plan, your content lives in a retrieval index we build for your bot; it is not submitted anywhere to be trained on. On the API plan, your conversations are sent to whichever provider account you connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), so that provider's own data and training policy applies. We will point you to it before you decide.

Floating bubble widget, slide-in side panel, full-screen assistant, inline embedded widget, and a proactive pop-up prompt that opens itself after a trigger. We help you pick the one that fits how visitors actually use your site.

Yes. We install chatbots on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and fully custom-coded sites built in React, Next.js, or plain HTML.

Yes. Both plans can be configured to ask for a name and email at the right moment in the conversation and route it to your CRM, email tool, or inbox, the same way our lead funnel pop-ups do.

The $29 or $39 fee covers installation and initial training on your content. If you want us to keep updating the bot's knowledge base as your site changes, that is available as a separate, optional service; tell us at /contact/ and we will quote it.

Lead Funnel vs. Chatbot

Which one to install first, and whether you need both.

Compare Lead Funnel & Chatbot →

A pop-up lead funnel captures visitors who already know they want to talk to you, they just need the right offer and a low-friction form. A chatbot captures visitors who have a question first and would leave without asking it out loud. Most sites see the best return running both: the chatbot answers the question, and if it can't, it hands the visitor to the funnel to leave their email instead of bouncing.

Yes. Both are installed independently, so you can start with whichever matches your traffic today and add the other whenever you're ready. There is no bundling requirement.

Yes. Both services install on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, and fully custom-coded sites built in React, Next.js, or plain HTML.

Both are flat, one-time installation fees. There is no recurring cost for the funnel or the RAG chatbot. The one exception is the chatbot's API integration option, where your ongoing AI usage is billed to you directly by your provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), separate from our installation fee.

Free SEO Checker Tool

How our free, no-signup SEO audit tool works, and what it checks.

Try the Free SEO Checker →

Yes. There is no account, no email gate, and no trial. Enter a domain, pick how many pages to crawl, and read the report. We built it because the fastest way to show what we do is to just do a slice of it for you.

Up to 500 pages per audit. Larger crawls take longer, so start with 100 if you only want the headline problems and move up to 500 for a full sweep of a bigger site.

Broken internal and external links, missing meta titles, duplicate meta titles, missing meta descriptions, duplicate meta descriptions, a missing or invalid robots.txt, XML sitemap problems and coverage gaps, whether you have an llms.txt for AI crawlers, and every page carrying a noindex directive. It also flags title and description length, missing or duplicated H1s, and missing canonical tags.

It reads your robots.txt first and obeys it, then walks any XML sitemap it finds (including sitemap index files), then follows internal links from your homepage breadth-first until it hits your page limit. That is close to how a search engine discovers a site, so gaps in the crawl usually mirror gaps in the way Google sees you.

No. The crawler fetches a small number of pages in parallel with normal browser-style requests and identifies itself as MarketivvAuditBot. It is far lighter than the traffic a search engine sends you every day.

No, and not for a few hours either: the crawl is deleted from our server the moment the report is handed to your browser. From that point the only copy is the page you are looking at, and the CSV is built in your browser from it, not fetched from us. Close the tab, reload, or leave mid-crawl and everything is gone, so download the CSV if you want to keep it, or save it to an account.

Yes, but only if you ask us to. Choose "Save this audit" and enter your email, and we send a one-click sign-in link — no password to choose. From then on that audit, and any you save later, sit in your account for 15 days before being deleted automatically — a crawl older than that describes a site that has moved on, so re-run it for the current picture. That is the only circumstance in which we hold anything: an email address and the audits you chose to keep. You can delete the account, the address, and every saved audit from the same panel, in one click.

Some hosts and firewalls block unfamiliar crawlers by default. If the audit cannot reach your homepage, allow the user agent MarketivvAuditBot in your firewall or WAF, or check that robots.txt is not disallowing everything, then run it again.

It is a plain markdown file at /llms.txt that lists the pages on your site worth reading and citing. It is not a Google ranking factor, but ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and other AI answer engines increasingly look for it, and it costs nothing to publish.

Yes. Fixing exactly this list is the on-page and technical SEO work we do on flat pricing from $49/week, with no long-term contract. Send us the report and we will tell you what we would tackle first.

Still have a question?

Send us your domain and what you're trying to solve. You'll get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
